Website design
The client is responsible for providing the photos and text that will appear on the website. During
design, the client is entitled to a maximum of three (3) rounds of revisions. Each round corresponds to a
single email grouping all requested adjustments: text changes, adding or replacing
photos, color palette changes, layout reorganization or any
other minor modification. Major changes, such as adding a page, as well as
additional revisions, will be billed at the current hourly rate, with a minimum of 30
minutes per intervention.
One-time payment
A 50% deposit of the total amount is payable when the order is placed, and the remaining 50% is due upon
delivery of the website. The first year includes design, hosting, domain name,
SSL certificate and professional email. Starting in the second year, renewal of
these services is offered at $150/year or $15/month.
Monthly payment
Monthly packages require an initial mandatory 12-month commitment. They include website design,
hosting, domain name, SSL certificate, professional email, Google Analytics integration and
up to 60 minutes of minor modifications per month, according to the conditions stated below.
Payment methods
Since services are delivered entirely remotely, payments are made exclusively
by Interac e-Transfer. Personal or business checks are
not accepted, except for certified or cashier’s checks from a
financial institution.
Late Payment, Interest, and Service Interruption
In the event of a default on a monthly payment or an annual renewal by the due date, the following conditions shall automatically apply:
- Late Interest: Interest fees at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per year) will be automatically calculated and applied to any outstanding balance from the first day of delay, without prior notice.
- Notice and Suspension: If a payment is overdue by more than fourteen (14) days, a courtesy notice will be sent by the Provider. If the account is not settled within seven (7) days following this notice, the Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend the website and associated emails until the balance is fully paid (principal and accumulated interest), without waiving the Client's financial obligations.
- Reactivation Fees: If services (website and emails) are suspended due to non-payment, a flat reactivation fee of $50 will be charged to the Client. Full restoration of services will only be performed after full clearance and receipt of these fees and all outstanding balances.
Included modifications (monthly package)
Monthly modifications are limited to a maximum of 3 requests per month. Unused maintenance time
cannot be carried over to the following month. Work beyond the included time
is billed at the current rate, with a minimum of 30 minutes per intervention.
Additional work
Creating new pages, integrating new features, major redesigns or
any work requiring substantial development will be subject to a separate quote billed at
the current rate.
One-time payment and renewal
A 50% deposit of the total amount is payable when the order is placed, and the remaining 50% is due upon delivery
of the website. The first year includes design, hosting, domain name, SSL certificate and
professional email. Starting in the second year, the client may choose between two hosting plans:
- Essential Plan: $15/month (or $150/year) for technical maintenance only
(hosting, domain, SSL, email). Modifications are then billed at the hourly rate.
- Platinum Plan: $65/month (or $649/year) including technical maintenance plus up to 60
minutes of minor modifications per month, under the same validity conditions
(maximum 3 requests, non-transferable).
Turnaround time
The usual timeframe for processing and completing requested modifications is
48 to 72 business hours. This timeframe is provided as a guideline and may
vary depending on workload and the technical complexity of the request.
Renewal and cancellation
Services renew automatically to avoid any interruption. Any request not to renew
or to cancel must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the due date.
Intellectual property
The client remains the exclusive owner of their domain name and content (provided text and images),
subject to full payment of amounts due and the terms of the applicable agreement.
The full conditions applicable to each project are specified in
the quote and contract accepted by the client.
